Tools & Equipment: Hand machine, foot machine, ordinary scissors, shears, marking chalk, thimble, hand needles, cruel needle, darning needle, hand needles.
Machinery: Balance wheel, disconnecting screw, stop motion screw, presser foot, presser foot lifter, needle plate, needle clamp screw, thread guide, presser bar screw, bobbin case, tension angle, shuttle, rubber ring.
Sewing Techniques: French curves, pencil & sharpener, tracing wheel,straight metre scale, paper scissors, fabric scissors, hip curve, triangle, scotch tape.
Methods of Finishing: Introduction, objective, marking, precautions while laying out, margins, principle of lay out, finishing.
